Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between The Amade FZE and its customers regarding the purchase and delivery of products and services through our website.
By placing an order electronically, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Selling Agreement
1. Nature of Services
Amade Concierge provides intangible services, including Bespoke Advisory, Lifestyle Concierge, and Membership packages. These services consist of time, expertise, knowledge, recommendations, and access to our network, delivered digitally (via email, WhatsApp, or other agreed communication methods).
No physical goods are sold or delivered directly by Amade Concierge.
2. Age Restriction
Our services are available only to individuals 18 years of age or older. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally able to enter into binding agreements.
3. Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
Full payment must be received and confirmed before services commence.
Payments are processed via secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). Any transaction or processing fees charged by these providers are outside our control.
Applicable taxes (if any) will be added in accordance with UAE law.
4. Delivery of Services
Services are considered delivered once digital materials (e.g., itineraries, recommendations, confirmations, or communications) are sent to you.
For Bespoke Advisory, delivery occurs when the tailored PDF is emailed to the client.
For Lifestyle Concierge and Memberships, services are ongoing and delivered through direct communication and arrangements made on your behalf.
5. Cancellation, Credits & Refund Policy
No refunds are issued once services are delivered, as our offerings are based on time, expertise, and information.
If you cancel before service delivery, you will receive a credit equal to the amount paid. Credits can be used toward future services within 12 months of the cancellation date and are non-transferable.
In rare cases where Amade Concierge cannot provide a confirmed service, a refund may be issued, minus any transaction, processing, or third-party fees already incurred.
6. Third-Party Services & Suppliers
Our role may include recommending, sourcing, or coordinating with third-party providers (e.g., restaurants, hotels, event organizers, activity companies).
Any contracts, payments, or refunds relating to third-party providers are between you and the provider directly and subject to the provider’s own terms and conditions.
Amade Concierge is not liable for the performance, availability, pricing, or cancellation of third-party services.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to deliver services.
Amade Concierge is not responsible for delays or failures caused by inaccurate or incomplete client information.
8. Liability & Limitations
Amade Concierge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.
We are not responsible for losses, cancellations, or delays caused by third parties, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amade Concierge, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:
Your use of our services in violation of these Terms;
Any inaccurate information provided by you; or
Any third-party claims resulting from arrangements made on your behalf.
10. Termination
Amade Concierge reserves the right to suspend or terminate services, memberships, or access to our offerings at any time if:
A client breaches these Terms & Conditions,
A client engages in fraudulent, abusive, or inappropriate conduct, or
Continued service would place Amade Concierge at legal or reputational risk.
No refunds will be issued upon termination, though credits may be provided at our sole discretion.
11. Force Majeure
Amade Concierge shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, labor disputes, technical failures, or pandemics.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
We comply with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
Client information is treated confidentially and used solely for service delivery.
Data will only be shared with third parties where necessary to fulfill services or where required by law.
We use secure systems to protect client data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in line with this policy.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy are governed exclusively by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
By using our services, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, UAE, unless arbitration is otherwise mutually agreed.
14. Amendments
Amade Concierge reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy at any time. Updates will be published on our website, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
