If you simply want recommendations, answers to specific questions, or guidance on where to go and what to do, our Bespoke Advisory is the perfect start. If you have a single request — a ticket, a rare item, or a one-week itinerary — Lifestyle Concierge is the ideal choice. For continuous daily support and privileges, our Memberships provide the highest level of service.

 

2.⁠ ⁠How quickly will I receive my Bespoke Advisory?
Within 48 hours of payment, delivered directly to your inbox.

 

3.⁠ ⁠Can you arrange services outside of Dubai?
Yes — though with distinction. Bespoke Advisory and Lifestyle Concierge focus on Dubai and the UAE. For global requests, services can be arranged on a case-by-case basis for Lifestyle Concierge, and are always available to our Members.

 

4.⁠ ⁠Do you offer refunds?
As our services are intangible, we do not issue refunds. However, if you wish to upgrade from Bespoke Advisory to Lifestyle Concierge, the amount paid will be credited toward your new package. If your plans change, we offer credits valid for 12 months, which you can apply to future requests.

 

5.⁠ ⁠How do I contact you after purchasing a package?
We establish a direct line of communication for you — typically via email or WhatsApp. You may also reach out to us at any time through these channels for inquiries or support.

 

6.⁠ ⁠What makes Membership different from Lifestyle Concierge?
Memberships include everything Lifestyle Concierge offers, but with exclusive privileges — preferential rates with select providers, complimentary transfers, global support, and benefits reserved for our most valued clients.

Yes. We collaborate only with top-tier providers in each field, ensuring discretion, reliability, and excellence. For every request, we curate multiple tailored options so that the service and experience reflect your preferences — never one-size-fits-all.
